ApexaiQ® Platform Integrates with Fortinet Products to Strengthen Asset Visibility and Risk Intelligence
BOSTON, MA, September 15th 2026– ApexaiQ, a leading provider of continuous asset assurance and exposure assessment software available as SaaS or on-premise, today announced it is an official Fortinet partner, having joined the Fortinet Fabric-Ready Partner Program and become part of the Fortinet Open Ecosystem.
Through this partnership, the ApexaiQ platform integrates with the following set of Fortinet products, spanning on-premises and cloud deployments, FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiGate Cloud, FortiLAN Cloud, FortiEDR, FortiPortal, and FortiAsset Management, via each product's native API. The specific asset, configuration, and security data available depends on the connected product; ApexaiQ aggregates, correlates, and evaluates this data within its continuous asset assurance platform to produce unified asset visibility and risk intelligence. The integration retrieves data from Fortinet products in a one-way flow; separately, and depending on the use case, ApexaiQ can orchestrate remediation and workflow actions bidirectionally with patch management systems and existing ITSM platforms based on the risk intelligence it derives from Fortinet data, rather than taking actions directly within the Fortinet products themselves.
"Becoming part of the Fortinet Open Ecosystem is a natural extension of our mission to give security leaders total clarity over their environments," said Lokesh Aggarwal, CEO of ApexaiQ. "By connecting directly into the Fortinet products our joint customers already run, we help them turn fragmented data across their environment into a single, prioritized view of risk."
Supported Fortinet products:
- FortiGate (on-premises)
- FortiGate Cloud
- FortiManager
- FortiLAN Cloud
- FortiEDR
- FortiPortal
- FortiAsset Management*
What the integration delivers:
- Continuous Asset Visiblity: ApexaiQ retrieves asset, configuration, and telemetry data via each connected Fortinet product's API; the specific data available depends on the product connected. ApexaiQ correlates this data with information from the rest of a customer's environment.
- Risk intelligence: Aggregated data is evaluated using ApexaiQ's risk scoring to prioritize exposures by business impact, rather than treating every finding as equally urgent.
- Remediation orchestration (where supported): Based on risk intelligence derived from Fortinet data, ApexaiQ can trigger remediation or workflow actions within connected patch management and ITSM platforms.
- Unified asset-discovery-to-remediation workflow: By combining continuous asset discovery, correlated risk scoring, and orchestration into patch management and ITSM systems, ApexaiQ moves organizations from fragmented, manual asset tracking toward a connected, automation-ready workflow spanning asset discovery through remediation.
- Customer outcome: Joint customers get continuous asset assurance and risk intelligence across their Fortinet environment, reducing reliance on manual asset tracking and disconnected risk data in favor of a single, correlated view they can act on.
This approach reflects a broader shift toward converged, workflow-driven security operations, where asset intelligence, risk prioritization, and remediation orchestration operate as a single continuous process rather than disconnected tools.
