ApexaiQ announces Brad Kirlin as new Field CTO
May 29th, 2026 – Milford, MA – ApexaiQ announced today that it has hired Brad Kirlin as Field CTO. In this role, Kirlin will help shape the company’s technology strategy, support customer-facing innovation, and contribute to Apexa iQ’s continued momentum in cybersecurity and asset management. the innovation of the ApexaiQ platform.
As Field CTO, Kirlin will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to connect real-world technology challenges with the continued evolution of the Apexa iQ platform. His role will focus on helping organizations better understand risk across their technology environments, improve visibility into assets, and prioritize remediation efforts.

Kirlin brings extensive leadership experience across financial services technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and strategic planning. At Fidelity Cooperative Bank, he served in senior executive technology leadership roles, including SVP/Chief Technology Officer and EVP/Chief Technology Officer, helping lead technology strategy, business process improvement, and operational modernization. He also served as Adviser for the financial services sector at CyGlass, as Chief Technology Officer at Leader Bank, and earlier in his career held a leadership infrastructure role at Blue Hills Bank.
Kirlin has also worked with Apexa iQ prior to joining the company, including through prior collaboration and a fireside chat with the team. That existing relationship gives him familiarity with the company’s mission, platform, and customer needs.
His background in financial services technology gives him direct insight into the pressures facing technology and security leaders, including infrastructure complexity, asset visibility, risk prioritization, and regulatory expectations. This experience positions him to help Apexa iQ continue aligning its platform capabilities with the practical needs of customers managing complex technology environments.
In his role as Field CTO, Kirlin will focus on customer engagement, product strategy input, market education, and technology leadership. He will help ensure Apexa iQ continues to deliver clear, actionable intelligence that supports stronger infrastructure health, improved security posture, and more confident decision-making.
